I bought my Jeep at Carson Cars in Everett, WA. I found Carson Cars on the internet reviews I was checking out and I'm glad that I called! I was treated in a friendly & courtous manner from my salesman, Rick Geyman, who was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and helped me find the right rig for me! I love my Jeep! Carson Cars also gave me a coupon for a free oil change at their service department. I like that these guys service the cars they sell! A lot of other dealers don't do this. If you need a car, GO SEE CARSON CARS! I even got a call after the sale, just to make sure I was happy ! more

This business is just horrible. Not only are there salesman pushy but they have no air conditioning so the whole 3 hours I was there me & my kid were burning up! The salesman kept trying to get us to get this really expensive car with alot of money down. I just couldn't believe it! I tried for a longtime to explain not everyone has $2500 cash down with this crazy economy but there saleman kept being pushy! I then walked out very upset! Don't ever buy here! more

Let me just start off and say that Carson Cars is in a league of their own when it comes to selling cars. The minute I walked onto that lot, I was pampered with great customer service. No, I did not have that annoying sales guy experience who will not leave you alone. After going to several car dealers and not getting them to work with me on a loan, I was not optimistic about going somewhere else and getting a car. Although my situation seemed a little complicated, Carson Cars stepped up to the plate and wanted my business. Let me start off with Alberto, the sales guy! He is extremely knowledgeable in car sales, pleasant,and professional. Mike the owner is a straight shooter, and you can tell the base of his business not only good on customer service but honesty, something alot of dealers don't do these days!!! Barry, the general manager guy is great, easy to talk to, very professional, and is very honest regarding your contract plans for your vehicle. These guys represent Carson Cars extremely well, they will go the extra mile for you when you are ready to make a purchase. What sets Carson Cars apart from everyone is that they are second to none in customer service. when you walk on to that lot, you don't feel like you are going to get ripped off and get surrounded by sharks. I've bought a car there, and went back a few years later and bought the wife's car there. I like the place, and treated well and fair - they liked that I was a return customer. The cars I've got are nice, and never have had an issue at all. Next car I'll buy I'm going to start there. Pros: lots of cars, good people, easy to work with more

I spent WAY to long at this car dealership but have to tell you I was a bit surprised. Though I didn't buy a car, I did get a pretty good feel for these guys bc I was there for over 2 hours. During that time, I heard the owner agree to fix (at cost) the car of a woman who had bought it from them almost a year earlier. All these cars are used cars and sold ""as-is"" so obviously the store doesn't have to do anything once you drive off the lot. I'm sure fixing her car will still be expensive, but she'll get it a lot cheaper this way. I thought this was pretty atypical of a used care dealer and pretty nice. Also, I saw a sticker on their door indicating their membership in a nationally known consumer protection agency (that for some reason Citysearch won't let me spell-out here) so they are obviously honest. Wear a tank-top though bc it was HOT HOT HOT. Pros: honest, lots of cars Cons: horrible parking and no AC more
