CamdenSageBrook Huntersville Nc Property MGR is as fresh as a baby chicken. Hidden fees are around $35.00 for sewer, pest and whatever else they can make up. They make excuses each month in an attempt to enter your apartment for maintenance. Beware of this place because they do not care about your health and it is proven during covid19 where they demand you let them enter to check your air filters and fire alarm batteries when you can clearly communicate by email with them. If anyone contracts covid19 they should find a lawyer based on their practices against CDC (Centers for Disease Control) warnings.
More people should be reporting them to the CDC for potential exposing everyone to covid19 and falsifying CDC regulations. You gun owners need to report your firearms stolen when they enter without you being present. The ground maintenance is never ending and it is louder than living in an airport. During Covid19 the office is closed because they do not want to be exposed by people including their own maintenance crew.
