I took my in-laws vehicle in for a repair, they shuttled me to work, and it was done by my lunch break. They took care of everything without giving me the run around, they didn't try to force me to buy anything or try to upsell me anything. I dealt with their BDC dept in the past and was very disturbed by it but as far as service goes, they were delightful.

We have not purchased a car from Honda of Lake Norman but when we move to the area we started taking our two Honda cars there for service. Their service department is great! Friendly people, quality service, and reasonable prices. They also have a great waiting area for the kids to play and watch videos on TV.

It was a pleasant experience getting my car tyres replaced at hook and tyres
I got the lowest quote at hook and tires almost 20% less than what other shops offered me
the service was also quick. The waiting area has entertainment system so one can enjoy the music
while mechanics are working on your car. I was also given a complimentary oil change discount coupon over my next visit. Small place but they have experienced staff.

My husband and I were in the market for a new minivan and the guys at Keffer really outdid themselves! I did all of the negotiating through e-mail and they give me a great price without my having to come in and haggle with my kids in tow! After beating out several other dealerships on price, all I had to do was walk in, pick which color I wanted, and sign the papers.
As a woman, buying a car by myself can be intimidating, but everyone at the dealership made sure that I was treated well.
I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new VW :)

I purchased a new 2005 Aztek and a couple of weeks later the truck started making a whining noise when you back up or turn. I have taken it back a least four times and they have not fixed it. They claim it is the ABS breaks doing a self test but it sounds like it is coming from the steering column. I have test driven 2 more of these trucks and talked to several other owners of various years for this truck and no ones makes this noise. Ironically 2006 is the last year this truck will be made.

We will never go back to Toyota of Lake Norman. My husband and I were in the market for a new van and so we decided to go here. You drive in and they have these guys standing there waiting to pounce on you but they aren't the actual salesman so they can't answer any of your questions. We had a guy who had been there a month and on our test drive, he told us he was ditching the job the next day. Then as we pulled back in to the lot, a speeding car almost hit us straight on. The worker told us that is was the receptionist! I couldn't believe it! We had our daughter in the car with us and this girl was driving like a maniac! The van we drove was way overpriced too. I was able to find a cheaper van and better quality at a Honda dealership in Charlotte. In fact, when I questioned the condition of the van and the price, the basically blew me off and said they have to make their money somewhere. Don't even waste your time here!
