I have been coming to this office for almost three years and I am looking to leave for another office. I have felt like a number. I am a nurse and when I have called in with concerns over my sons vomiting from the amount of mucus that he was choking on, I was told, I don't understand your concern. My concern was that if I put my son to sleep at night with that much mucus that he could choke or strangle on it. I ended up taking him to the ER where they placed him on antibiotics for ear infection and sinus infection. I want an office where some one listens to my concerns and doesn't make me feel like my child isn't important. I would like to go back to the day when you walk in an office and the doctor knows your name and who your child is and you feel like they care, rather than treat you like your a number. Furthermore, it takes a long time to get appointments for check ups. I need something smaller and more personal.
