The service was O K. Only had to request sweetner for the iced tea. The quantity of the food was lacking (6 ravioli for the dinner meal price). The $29.95 dinner for two coupon...

Great food at a great price 3/6/2009

Everytime I go to cafe Italia the food just gets better. Last weekend I went and had a special which was the 20 ounce filet mignon. Gotta say they even do steaks great!! So tender and juicy. It was served with some kind of red wine sauce. So good!!!! I'm bringing a couple of my friends this weekend to try it !! I love this place... more

Best Italian food in Sarasota 3/4/2009

I ate at cafe Italia for lunch yesterday for the first time after hearing about there sandwich special. 7.95 for a sandwich and salad. By far the best chicken Parm I ever had. They have alot to choose from I think like over a dozen combinations. It was great!! And you can't beat that price anywere! It was so good my wife and I went for dinner that night. The food is awesome! The service was fast! I quess it's a family place and it shows. Keep up the great work! more
