I've been a customer here for years and I have never been disappointed. The sales staff is always friendly, the parts department stays well stocked and the service department is quick and dependable. They are always willing to go above and beyond to help me. They are very professional and I trustworthy. What more could you ask.\r more

CDI crew are amazing. I mean, really incredible! I had a problem with my mower and needed it fixed, or at least the one part for it. These guys treated me with world class respect and also cut me a great discount on the part, then showed me exactly what I needed to have done with it. I drove quite a ways to visit them because of their reputation, and they didn't disappoint! I will always use CDI and thanks to them, my lawn will be the best on the block this spring! more

Worst Experience I've had at a Mower shop. 12/9/2011

Very poor service and attitude. I called about an add this shop placed. I asked a few questions and the person did not seem to want to help me. I then explained I would be driving 35 minutes to get there and I asked that they hold the item. I was advised they would. I drove to the shop from Sellersville and was told they had just sold it to someone else. No apology and no explaination. Three younger employees just looked at me and then two went and hid in the back. Just like the last post, it was a ""couldn't care less"" attitude. A business is only as good as it's worst employee. I asked for the owner or supervisor call me and have not heard anything. more

Great Service 11/6/2007

Regarding CDI Lawn Equipment: I recently bought a Cub Cadet RZT50 from Home Depot and had a terrible experience. The bolts on my mower were loose and when I called to have it repaired no one could seem to help me. Ultimately, I returned the unit and went to a local retail store CDI Lawn Equipment. What a complete difference! The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I purchased the same model and it was delivered the next day ready to go including gas and oil. The next week I called with a question and they were able to help me right away even offering to stop by and help me. I will never purchase from a mass merchant again due to the lack of knowledge and service and I will continue to use CDI Lawn Equipment because of their excellent service.
