Buzz Custom Fence was on time and efficient in rebuilding our new cedar fence. They were a few small final repairs to complete the punch list for the project, but they completed them effectively, they were easy to deal with and they finished all the work as contracted in a timely manner. If I told my best friend or my worst enemy about this place, I d say:\r \r WORST COMPANY EVER!!! \r \r Had an issue with the fence for 3 months and finally got an appointment for Monday Feb. 23, 2013 but while 50 miles from my home on Saturday Feb. 21, 2013 some subcontractor shows up at my home and breaks into my locked backyard...6 chain with a lock and another lock on the inside of the gate. A neighbor called me and told me that somebody was messing with my Harley s so I told the neighbor have her husband and son-in-law confront the guy. Luckily it was not needed once the guy identified himself as a BUZZ employee; why set an appointment if you can t follow it? \r \r The sales guy DUSTIN authorized the B&E without taking into account that there are two dogs onsite that do bite so if the subcontractor were to have been bitten then I would have gotten sued and if the subcontractor had let my dogs out and they had been injured I would have sued BUZZ and the subcontractor.\r \r JUST POOR B more

This DUSTIN hack apologized repeatedly but then called my mother-in-law and harassed her while she is ill which is so unprofessional. DISHONEST EMPLOYEES!!!\r \r Home Depot farms the fence work out to them so you may want to request another company. When I called and spoke to MARY with BUZZ she was rude and wanted to know ""what kind of dogs are they?"" What does that have to do with anything? A dog that bites...is a dog that bites!\r \r OH YEAH...AND THE GATE IS STILL NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED...FOR A 7K WOOD FENCE IT SHOULD WORK PERFECT!!! more

Buzz Fence installed a new fence with gate across the back of my property. They did an outstanding job. They were on time, professional and removed the old fence before leaving. Their price was very competitive with other bids that I received.\r I would recommend them to anyone needing a new fence. more
