I took my husband to this place on Valentine's weekend and we feel in love. Their meats are awesome and the rub is to die for . . we tried the brisket, ribs and black angus burger and were very pleased. I highly recommend this gem and will be returning often. more

"Carolina Slaw" was basic, bland grocery-bag type, cornbread more like cake and just made from a bag mix (wait staff confirmed this when I asked), watery lemonade, and BBQ chicken/pork just OK. Prices are ridiculously high for quality and small portions. Service poor, had to remind wait staff for additional items ordered, refills, etc. Definitely do not recommend. more

Not the typical BBQ joint, no wooden tables & stuff. We started off with some of the best wings around, I think they're lightly floured or something, since they had a nice little crust, served piping hot with a bbq sauce on them, just delicious. I was already planning my return just to have more of these before I was even finished. I had the meatiest ribs I've ever had. The bbq sauce on the table was so good I smoother my french fries in it. I'll be back to do more research. more

BBQ place that does not serve collard greens is not really a BBQ place. Also, why is it that no one in south Florida can prepare grits properly? The actual BBQ was tasty and it was nice to be able to have a glass of wine with my meal as apposed to the typical syrupy fare at other joints. The cornbread was cold though and too sweet. All in all I think I will stick to take out from Tom Jenkins or Peoples! more

Rip off comes to mind. Blah atmosphere, precooked and warmed up food is all that comes to mind. Was so hoping this was going to be good but have had much better at home! Very expensive for what you get. Service is slow, sauces are just so-so and are really disappointed with the place. more

Not only was the service bad but food was as well. The servers need to learn basic sanitary service. I was appalled to see our server not only wipe the sweat off her face then play with her hair but then serve food. Disgusting! Sad because although I read bad reviews this place was highly recommended by both friends and a well known foodie. more

Dinner with a fellow concierge and had the ribs which where not too bad, however the mac and cheese was horrible,dry with no flavor it looked as if it was from a box.. Music was some type of rock and too loud .\r There was an older couple who could not talk to each other because of the music. The best item on the menu were the baked beans. Lemonade was watered down. \r The best ribs in Florida are in Jacksonville at Jenkins and\r what amazing sauce they have. more

We went into the reasturant and in only 15 min they pretty much killed every rule of service in the reasturant industry. We were seated and pretty much sat there for 15 min with no one even stopping to see if we had been helped. Eventually we got up and left but what was odd is the hostess thanked us with out realizing that we were never served. We went down the street to bar-b-que beach where they greeted us, sat us , and fed us with good food and good service. as for bulldog barbecue they should learn the easiest customer to keep is one you already have and with there service i dought it if they have many. more

Good ribs, great burnt ends beans, great service with a friendly staff. The mustard BBQ sauce is good but the red BBQ sauce is very disapointing, thin and bland. I will go back to try brisket and mac and cheese. more

Great little place. Everything from the hot dog to the half chicken is great. You can't go wrong with the burnt end beans or the mac and cheese. Milk and cookies dessert features 6 homemade cookies. Fabulous place. more
