I wasn't impressed with their service department. I recently took my tractor there for service. I had started the job, but it was more than I was able to do, so the tractor was partially disassembled. I had the replacement part and all the harware to reassemble the tractor which I gave the counter person when I checked in the tractor. The did install the part, but then they discarded all the other hardware and didn't reassemble the tractor. When I picked it up, they told me they would look for the other parts. After a few days they called back and told me that they didn't have the parts anymore. I asked them to look for them again, and when they called back a few days later, they told me they never received the other hardware. Avoid these guys, they don't take responsibility for anything. \r more

Rented a chipper over the weekend. I have rented them many times in the past however not from here. I thought it might be a little cheeper dealing with these guys. I called they gave me a price and I went in. However they had alot of extra charges that ran up the bill. So it went from 175 to 240 but whatever i was allready there.I got it home nothing but problems. I called they said bring it back. Got there. They started it looked at it a second and said it looked fine and wanted me to haul it back and try it again. No thanks I am not stupid and my time is worth alot more to me that is does to them. He offered me 75% of my money back for doing 3 sticks.So after a little brickering they did give me my money back thats why they got 1 star. So beware or there junk because they will blame you so they do not have to fix it.. Pros: its there Cons: Need some new customer skills more
