My daughter was so excited to get her hair dyed dark brown so we made an appointment at Bubbles. She had been waiting so long to get it professionally done. She showed them two pictures of dark brown hair with some highlights in it. The stylist brought out the swatch board. My daughter, myself, the stylist and the manager, Nickki, who is a man went over the colors and they picked out two colors that they said would create the color of the picture my daughter showed them. After they were finished the color was not at all dark brown, it didn't look any different then the color she already had. I was very nice and asked the stylist if we could come back to get if fixed because she's not happy with the color. The stylist said no problem. We returned 2 days later and once again showed them the pictures of the color she wanted. The stylist went to get the manager. She was a different manager then the one in the original color consultation, but said she was there for the original color consultation when she was not. Then said she explained to my daughter that she told her she could not have dark brown hair because it was to light of a brown and would look bad. That was also made up because she wasn't even there and that was never said by anyone. She wasn't even the manager in the consultation the first time and not once did anyone say they couldn't make her hair darker. Then they told me they could fix it, but I would have to pay for it again. Its funny...all along they said she couldn't have dark brown hair and now all of sudden she could if I paid again. They are the professionals who picked out the colors on the swatch board after seeing the pictures of the color she wanted. They were so rude and unprofessional I couldn't believe it. The sad thing is I have been a client of Bubbles for 8 years until my stylist left and I went with her, thank god. She would have never treated myself or my child that way. No wonder why she left. It was ridiculous.
