I have been coming here for many years never 1 complaint. Everyone has been pleasant to me and I like the conversation with the doctor.\r but then again I am not a needy or demanding person. I sign in sit down and shut up and wait my turn.\r 5 stars !!! more

The doctor is rude and the people behind the desk are worse. I will never go there again or will ever recommend them to anyone. I MEAN NO ONE!!! I saw a customer picking up his glasses, getting to closing time and they got them but they were EXTREMELY rude to him. I don't why anyone would go there and put up with that kind of service. The rating I gave was one star because are no options for negative. If anyone is reading this review do yourself and your family a favor D NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went here for the first time because my insurance changed and I was extremely disappointed. I'm not sure why anyone would go here. There are so many better places out there. My main issue is that I felt the doctor was rude. Being in customer service you should have a certain level of people skills which I felt he did not have. My eye exam was FAR less than thorough, my contacts took a long time to come in and everything cost more than at my previous (and wonderful) eye doctor. Pros: parking Cons: service more

I was recently in an auto accident where my glasses were destroyed. I went in and told them the situation and they fitted me for new glasses using my recently filled prescription. I told them the insurance co. would send them a check, they agreed and I went on my way. They received the check but would not accept it and tried to make me pay something extra. At this point i am going to get glasses somewhere else after three weeks of waiting. This long time customer will not go back. This is indeed a great example of very poor customer service. more

don't think ""theodore 158"" was in the same place as me, but I personally found the doctors and staff very personable, the doctor was thorough, the staff knowledgable about my insurance coverage, they took the time to help me find the best frames for my rx. After a follow-up visit to make sure the contacts were a good fit for me my prescription was given to me so I could order on line. (later found out their prices on my contacts were within $1.00 per box on 1-800 contacts, when you consider shipping) The office was pleasantly decorated with new fixtures and modern artwork. This doctor refuses to send a contact lens prescription to 1-800-Contacts. The office must be hurting for money and needs patients to order through them. The staff is horrible, the office looks like it's stuck in 1970 and the doctors have the personality of drywall. Pros: Only eye doctor in town Cons: Refuse to give prescriptions more
