I was recently in an auto accident where my glasses were destroyed. I went in and told them the situation and they fitted me for new glasses using my recently filled prescription. I told them the insurance co. would send them a check, they agreed and I went on my way. They received the check but would not accept it and tried to make me pay something extra. At this point i am going to get glasses somewhere else after three weeks of waiting. This long time customer will not go back. This is indeed a great example of very poor customer service.
