It’s a Sad day today. I have to find new macanics. I have been taking my cars to Brazinas since they started. I always trusted them and thought it was worth the long wait to get it fixed. Today I lost trust in them. I think they got to busy and instead of turning people away they are burning out. Joey choose to take out his frustrations out on me and didn’t like when I questioned what he was telling me. Mike told me my brake pads calipers and Roters where in good shape that I needed a master cylinder and that would fix it. Two days later Joey said the front brake pads were bad so he replaced them with out getting approval.from me. I thoght my bill was going to be around $350 and it was $500. Mike told me one story Joey a second and got mad when I questioned him about it. Joey you need a long vacation and come back and decide if you want to do quality work and treat people with respect or if you want to be like everyone else and do half assed work and be so busy that you can’t keep up.
