I was a new patient to Brazos Family Dentistry. I was surprised at how friendly everyone was and I was treated with respect and kindness. Dr. Ross never rushed to complete a task. He took his time with my exam and prepwork. I look forward to my next appointment. more

I'm sure I'm one of those patients dentists dread. (I hyperventilate and start crying when I get xrays, lol ) I got two dental implants, two replacement fillings, and a fix-up job on my bonded front teeth by Dr. Ross. The sedation kept me calm; through the procedure I was aware at times, but FELT NO PAIN. Thank you so much to Dr. Ross and his fantastic staff for a great experience. The day after my procedure I am up and about, reviewing your clinic :) eating, and drinking. My pain and swelling is minimal and manageable. Good job guys. more

Brazos Family Denistry 8/31/2011

I had an appointment yesterday and Lord knows that I was beyond nervous, as I was going in for the beginning stages of a root canal. When I was greeted by the hygienist, Kelly, who accompanied me during the procedure, I explained my fears to her and from that point on she went out of her way to ensure that the visit was pleasant. She seriously was one of the nicest people I'd ever met in my life! My visit went well and I actually look forward to going back for my next visit! more

I recently made my first visit to the office for my new patient assessment and I was thoroughly pleased with the service that I received, the staff was very professional but yet personal and courteous they didn't make me feel like I was just another paycheck they made me feel welcomed and that is very important to me because I am terrified of Dentist so THANK YOU VERY MUCH to the entire team at Brazos Family Dentistry. I was absolutely amazed at the professionalism shown at my first visit. From the front desk, assistants, & physicians I give each a five star rating. I had a very bad experience with two dentist in town and had put my teeth in jeopardy by not maintaining my twice a year visits. Dr Billings was absolutley wonderful and I wish I had chosen her as my first choice years ago. more
