Dick Goldman opened the first Blue Dragon Tattoo Studio in February of 1991. It was sold on Sept.1, 2004. The Flagstaff shop was opened in March of 1994. It was sold to its resident artist in 1997. The Glendale shop was opened in November of 1995.
