Like many salons, there is a range of prices: Sunny Blondie (least experienced stylist), Pearly Blondie, Goldie Blondie and Platinum Blondie (most experienced stylist). When I go for my appt., I usually see Joanne -- she's fairly new but she certainly knows what she's doing. I typically just go for a cut and style and pay $40 plus tip (beware: tip needs to be in cash, they will not charge the tip onto a credit card). And, even when I've arrived a little early, Joann has been ready and willing to work on me right then. One thing to consider is that the stylists may just do whatever they did the last time, upon styling. For example, one stylist straightened my hair when I didn't ask her to, likely because that's what I had done the time before...but I had wanted it curly that day. So just be sure to mention which style you want before they dive in. All in all, this is a good, friendly place for a quick appointment if all you need is a cut and style. Just beware of parking, and try to arrive a little early for your first appointment so you have time to fill out the questionnaire.
