Big O Tires

I went to this Big-O and purchased 4 Big-O brand tire. (Good Tires) Thinking what GREAT SERVICE NOT. This is the only place that did any tire related stuff to my truck. After four alinement's and two holes drilled thru my mud flap to hold them back with white zip ties so the tires wouldn't rub any more I drove away. Well this story keeps getting better. After getting my tires rotated AT THIS BIG-O I had one fall off on I-15 at 65 mph and 1 ready to fall off with a 40' fifth wheel behind the truck. Talk About a ride and then I had to put the truck back together on the side of I-15 good enough to get it home. I went to the Big-O store 1st thing Monday morning to advise them of this problem. Gezz I got this nice guy I think he went bye the name of RUSS to tell me Mr. ---- Im sorry there's nothing we can do for you on this. Well about the time that came out of his mouth Lawyer came out of mine. and his tone changed a little. Any ways i left the store only to return home to a phone call from another nice guy (NOT) from THIS BIG-O and im sure his name would be Phillip Gibbons the owner. Will he re insures me and my wife that IF WE give his store a chance he will fix are truck AND DO IT RIGHT we say no not a chance will the good SALES MAN he is he talked us in to it STUPID US take it to him to fix the truck right. O GEZZ HONEY LOOK at the truck it all put back together (WITH THE WRONG PARTS) So i didn't know that he had used wrong parts tell i went else where for tire then they tell me we cant let you drive your truck home cause the fix that WEST JORDAN BIG-O did was not done right and your tire is ready to fall off. Well me being a mechanic I talked the other place in to letting me take my truck home and fix it AND PUT THE PROPER WHEEL STUDS IN. (Will When BIG-O was contacted this is what was said. William good luck have a nice day. over 2 years ago if that was the case the wheel would have come off long before now, a specaily with your 40 foot trailer when it left here it was right an you know it, by the way we used dealer parts on your truck. have wonderful day more

Brakes had been squeaking for a month since a repair. Since it was done in a different Big O store, over 25 miles away they told me they could not do it, as the back of the invoice states this. This was a LIE. They told me opposite of what it said. Once I pointed this out to them, they than just told me they wouldn't do it as it would cost them service and they were not going to use their guys to help me as they were not the ones that "screwed up." I called the warranty number and they noted that this business had treated a customer this way, as well as lied about their responsibility. Within the first minute of me being in the location they were disrespectful as well as unhelpful. I have been using Big O for years and never been treated this poorly. Happy to report that after talking to the warranty line they said I would not have to pay a dime, and that I could go to any store. They also apologized for the West Jordan Big O's service. My wife and I have used these guys for several years to change oil and replace tires. Every so often they will surprise us by fixing something that we thought was too expensive or time consuming to worry about. Often they won't even charge us for the little extra nice surprise. We have come to know many of the employees and absolutely thrill to tell of their great service to many of our friends. more

At this store I went in for an oil change, paid, and went home. Once home I check the oil to find the oil dirty and the level low, it had obviously not been changed. The store did give a refund, but I WILL NOT going back. more
