This all started 2010 my husband went to buy me the front band to match my engagement band when it arrived at the store he got a call from salesman to pick it up only to get it home an relized the band and diamonds was much smaller we take it back to them told them clearly the band was smaller only to have them try to convince us it wasnt finally with back and forth almost demanding our money back they got it right well he gave them the benifit of dought went back dec 2011 to purchase ear rings got the wrong cut i took them back keep in mind they were 4500 w 60% off he paid 1950 i picked out the new ones that were 1000 less salesman says the price stays the same clearly i can do math and its a 1000 diff told him he neede to adjust price he says thats it well he and i back and forth w my husband on the phone back and forth w him also supposely he was on the phone w corp trying to get a discounted price three times w them and comes uo w a 153.00 dollar discount 60% off of a 1000 is 600 i can do math well again i remind him about the band purchase from year before how you tried ripping us off told him i wanted our money back then he offers me a complimentary pair of clear sapphire studs that oddly look like the new ones i was purchasing for the misunderstanding i told him no thank you i was gona have the new ones sent out for screw backs put on after the constant back and forth about new price i ask to see the pair i was purchasing he hands me the suppose to be new pair only for me to turn them over and the price on them was 2995 now w a 2000 dollar dif at that point i clearly saw what was happening and he trys telling me and my husband that that pair out of the show case has the wrong sticker on them REALLY you are saying the price was wrong on them i there again after many tries got him to refund our money i grt it business is business and people need to make money but he clearly was caught in his lies and ripping me off back fired DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS more

I purchased an engagement ring from Benchmark locatted at the parks mall in arlington, I bought their "Benchmark Signature Diamond" which was GIA Certified at a resonable price, however when I took it to Helzberg they said lots of bad thing about this jeweler and Helzberg staff tried to brain wash me to buy their I1 quality diamond which was technically a Junk. I am an educated buyer, for my satisfaction I took it to an independent appraisar to eveluate Benchmark Diamond and it came out to be on the dot correct. It was exactly what they told me. They have now earned my trust and loyalty and I would NEVER EVER go to Helzbergs Diamonds as they try to minpulate my mind and were said all bad they could have about Benchmark. When Helzberg could not compete or did not have the quality and prodcut Benchmark had they just bad mouthed which was gross. Good Luck Guys ! more

I am very excited right now and I have to write this, I was just given a most beautiful ring I have ever seen in my life by my husband, he purchased it at Benchmark Parks Mall ( Arlington ) store. I think this jeweler deserve lots of credit since my husband had no clue what to buy, I just love this ring, it is very very very beautiful and diamonds are very good quality. I am so thankful that we still have few jewelers around town who still sells good quality diamonds. this store and their merchandise is 1000% recommended. What a quality ! and what a service ! Thumbs up !!!! more

I decided to get a nice diamond ring for my wife to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We shopped around a bit to get an idea of pricing. When we got to Benchmark Jewelers (in Grapevine Mills (Grapevine, TX)), we found a ring we liked at a price more than we wanted to spend. They really wanted to sell us the ring and after much negotiation we walked away with a much nicer ring than we'd set out to buy at only slightly more than we wanted to spend. We got such a good deal that we had the diamond independently appraised the next week (we wondered if it was *too* good a deal). The appraisal matched what we were sold (though the appraised price was much higher than what we had spent). I'm very satisfied. My wife is very happy. more

I would say they have world class selection of bridal rings, and all of them are so beautiful that its hard to decide. the staff was very professional and carring, I was very satisfied with the price and quality of their jewelry, indeed their merchandise is very nice and very well made. once you expereince their store quality every thing else just not compare to what Benchmark has ! great expereince. Went to Benchmark store at Vista Ridge Mall, the staff were extremley professional, treated me with respect, even though I had a small budget but they took their time to show me and educate me about buying diamond, end up purchasing a diamond pendant from them, and then took it to compare with other jewelry stores in the mall but Benchmark quality you can just tell by putting it side by side, no comparision, zales and gordons store pendant looked junk compare to Benchmark pendant, their quality speaks in their cases, beautiful merchandise, very satisfied with the purchase, I would recommend any body this store ! Pros: Very Very beautiful selection of merchandise Cons: pricey but worthed more

benchmark jewelers in town east mall really took care of me, before i went there i went to many other jewelery stores, at benchmark jewelers i did get a better price and a very unique ring, as far as appraisal, everyone would give you there own opinion and especially when you do not purchase from them they always will talk bad about the product. more

My son purchased a diamond from the owner of this establishment last year. After having the stone independently appraised, he found that it was worth less than 35% of the price that he paid even though he was given a "certified" appraisal. After reporting the company to the Jewelry Vigilance Committee, the owners claimed that he had been given the "wrong" diamond and that they wanted to clear up the matter. He asked for a refund of 80% of his money but the owner refused to refund anything. Instead he gave him another EGL certified diamond that has proven to be worth less than 60% of the price he paid. The owner was smart enough to put a very short time limit on his "offer" that would not allow enough time to compare the EGL certification with a GIA certification, thus proving the real value of the diamond beyond subjectivity. So if you want to pay too much for your jewelry, then this is the place to shop! There are many good sites on the internet to educate yourself about how to buy a diamond. The only way to combat these type of merchants is through education. Don't learn your lesson the hard way like my son did! more
