I had breast augmentation surgery performed in August 2013 after having two children and nursing them both. I was very self conscious of my body, and now I don't know why I didn't have this surgery sooner! I can not even begin to express how happy I am with my whole experience with Dr.C and staff! As someone who is very petite in frame, I was barely able to fill an A cup and had been looking into breast augmentation for quite some time. After having 4 children, my body was in a total misalignment. I had accepted the fact that I would never be able to obtain my before pregnancy body. My husband would often here me complain about my body, but I truly never felt "self conscious" about it. I had tummy tuck and breast augmentation surgery about 2 weeks ago with Dr. Chiaramonte. I couldn't be happier with the results. The procedures were necessary following a significant weight loss (almost 100 lbs). I can hardly believe this is my body. I've worked hard to get here and am so greatful to have Bella staff as my partners during the last stage if my journey. All the loose skin on my midsection is gone. My breasts look fantastic and are completely healed! Best of all I can't find the incision line on my breasts nor can my husband. It's amazing work. He also revised a scar on my tummy and it is so small and fine now I can only imagine its going to be nearly invisible given some time. I'm so impressed with his surgical skill. I will definately be back to have him remove the excess skin on my arms. I now have no doubt that the resulting scars in such a visible place will be minimal and hard to see. I had the Bella Body Lift and Lipo of my thighs and knees on May 12, 2011. My recovery experience was very painful, but well worth it. Dr. Chiaramonte and his staff were excellent from start to finish. The front desk staff greets you by name and make you feel very comfortable. After surgery I was given Nurse Kim's business card to call her 24 hours a day if I had any concerns sometimes you would reach voicemail and Dr. C would call you right away. I had to be off work for 6 weeks and still get a little stiff if I sit or walk too long due to my thighs, but my scar from the tummy tuck is excellent, I use Vitamin E and Mederma scar scream on the dark incision line which is really only noticeable on the ends of the incision. I love how he contoured my torso. My thighs are still very swollen after 8 weeks they are coming along great but slowly. My waist line went down to a size 28 after 5 weeks and Dr. Chiaramonte said I will not see my full results for at least 3-6 months so I can only imagine. I refer him to everyone. My only suggestions is that they need to pass out business cards to patients to pass along. I can't wait to get my breast lift in March 2012... more

I have wanted to have plastic surgery for about eight years. I was reffered to Bella Cosmetics by a friend/co-worker who had the same procedure that I wanted. I was very nervous on my first vist; however Dr. Chiaramonte and staff were great! They made me feel completely at ease. They were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable above all things. Even the front desk personal know you by name! My surgery was 25 January 2011. What I and my fiance' loved most is that later that day Dr. Chiaramonte called me personally to check on me! I was awe strucked by this. I work in hospital and ususally that is the nuses job. If I ever had to have plastic surgery agian I would definitly come back to Bella Cosmetics, even if I had to fly from another state. more

LOVE DR. CHIARAMONTE: I had surgery on Feb. 10, 2011 which was a wonderful day in my life. I love me again thanks to Dr Chiaramonte. Dr. Chiarmonte and his staff were excellent from my consultation, through surgery and during my after care experience. I was a new patient who was very nervous about the surgery but wanted to have it. It was the best thing I ever did for myself and Dr. Chiaramonte was key in making my experience so rewarding. I had read what appeared to be the same negative review about Dr. Chiaramonte on numerous sites and it made me very nervous prior to surgery. I am here to tell you, that I had a wonderful experience and caution you when reading reviews to not assume that someone else's experience will be yours. Dr. Chiaramonte helped set my expectations from the beginning and everything he told me been what has happened. Do I wish I had no scar? Yes but surgery will leave a scar. However, I am applying cocoa butter and vitamin e daily and the scar is lighten. After only 1 month my scar has lighten and looks significantly better. If I choose to have any other plastic surgery, I not hesitate returning to Dr. Chiaramonte and would recommend him to anyone considering plastic surgery. I am happy with my results thus far and Dr. Chiaramonte has one of the best caring personalities and bedside manner that I have experienced in my 47 years. I highly recommend him. more

I have been researching cosmetic surgery for over 10 years now and have seen many doctors in DC, MD and TX. After just one consultation with Dr. Chiaramonte I knew I had found my surgeon. He never made me feel as if he was just after my money. I told him what I wanted and he offered his best suggestions which were absolutely correct. I?m two weeks out of my profractional laser treatment I had around my eyes and loving the results. Initially, the area was red and a bit sore to the touch ? like the first day of a bad sunburn. It was worth the money and the minimum downtime required. It has turned back the clock 10 years on my eyes ? especially the lids; half of the crows feet are gone and I?m certain as the weeks go by I?ll continue to see improvements. He definitely has a great bedside manner and offers his phone number to you so you can call him anytime you have questions or concerns about your surgery. His anesthesiologist is exceptional. You don't even know you had anesthesia. Kim is a wonderful, caring nurse. Denise is a great manager of schedules and all the details associated with your surgery. Tina is super.
