After having 4 children, my body was in a total misalignment. I had accepted the fact that I would never be able to obtain my before pregnancy body. My husband would often here me complain about my body, but I truly never felt "self conscious" about it. I feel so good about myself, and I look great. I have a flat tummy with a slight 6 pack. I constantly get complements that reinforce my 40 year old self esteem.
