DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! I don't even know where to begin... First off, when you view the property, they show a model which has actually been maintained and has matching door knobs and working fixtures and matching appliances.... Upon move in, you get an apartment that is run down. We received an apartment that had a much smaller patio, which did not matter since you could not use it due to the smell of animal urine, which they still have failed to correct 2 months into the lease! The a/c vents were covered in mold, the dishwasher sounds like a rocket ship taking off in the house, god forbid you start a load of dishes right before bed! NONE of the appliances match, nor do the door knobs. The water hook-up for the washer leaked a steady stream of water, the previous tennant kicked thru a door and allowed their pet to chew on all the wood trim in the house, which the apartments failed to replace. Their solution was to simply paint over it and hope no one notices. We had to have the counters tops repaired at move-in due to spots where the maintance guys failed to repair. We had to have outdoor siding and fen pickets replaced also, which still have yet to be painted. The staff has to be the worst excuse for human exsistance I have ever seen, they all lie to your face, and when you call the out on their lie the try and kick you out of the office. I have lived here for two months and have yet to enjoy my apartment due, to consistly contacting them for repairs. The maintanence staff can't even speak english while the office staff can't speak spanish, so you never really know what exactly they are going to do to your apartment.... The staff turn over is insane... no one will staff more than a few months because the loose it will all the tennants complaining about the same things. The manager Carol, is the biggest nut of the all, give you a lecture about god choosing her to fix up the apartment complex one day, blah blah blah all while trying to sugar coat a horrible situation. Dare you ask to speak to her once things have not been fixed, ""she is one the phone to corporate"" is what your told while you see her walking around the corner with no phone in hand... Bring that up and you are told the leave the building.The only thing they do on time, is charge tennants a $75 late fee the very day you are late, they never send statements or water bills, but like to hit you with the $75 fee the next month for underpaying by a few cents for dollars. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE LOOKING, TO DRIVE AS FAR AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN, THE SAVINGS IS NO WHERE WORTH THE HEADACHE!!!! I have never lived in such a horrible place, and I am stuck until next October!!!! I can assure you they will never be so glad to receive my 60 day notice to vacate... I will make the next 10 months of their lives a living hell, the way they have made mine. I think the tennants need to band together and protest at the front office, if enough potential tennants run away due to bad press... Carol and her staff of low lifes might just have to get off her rears and actually do their jobs!!!\r
