I was out of town and my car broke down. Many places would take advantage of someone in my situation but Bay Kia solved a complicated electrical problem in my Saab and was very fair in their pricing structure. more

I had a recall notice, and I needed a state inspection. They took me early and had me done and on my way an hour before the time quoted. Everyone is just so darn nice! You all are just awesome! more
