Almost a community meeting place 7/9/2005

This is about as close to a town square as we get here. Go in on a Fri or Sat night and the joint is hopping! My daughter's school had a fundraiser here and the registers are so busy that they cleared over two grand. They have a weekly storytime for tots and a Thomas table (follow the sound of toddlers squalling), plus some Thomas trains for sale, always hard to pass up. While their prices are higher than Costco, you can buy a discount card for $25 /year which gives you 10% off and your entire family can use it. They also have great books in the bargain section. more

Books are good, and they've got them... 7/8/2005

It's not too comfortable to sit around and read, but it's not a library, so... more

Great place to read! 6/19/2005

Barnes & Noble is one of the best bookstores around. With an attached Starbucks, you can go buy your coffee and then sit in a chair and read your favorite book. The place is always crowded regardless of what time of day. Great staff. They can locate any book for you and if they don't have it, they will special order it for you. more

Mass Quantities of Literature 6/7/2005

Barnes and Noble always has plenty of employees ready to give you a healping hand if you can't find what your looking for. Piles of books are always on clearance or grouped according to nearby holidays. Though not as affordable as used stores Barnes and Noble can order books if they don't have what you want in stick. You can also return online orders in the store. Overall a clean store and parking is close (starbucks adjacent) more
