This is the first time I have ever written a poor review of any business, as I consider myself to have thick skin. I'll keep this short and sweet. My parents purchased a rug on 10/01, and discovered the next day that it was damaged. They called the store the next day, and were told no one could help them. They tried calling over the course of the next three days and were told the same thing.
When they called on the fifth day, they were unapologetically told that the store's policy for exchanges is four days, and that they would not honor the exchange. Oh, and their policy for returns is one day. What kind of policy is that?! No where on the receipt does it indicate that the timeframe for exchanges is four days.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people! I wish there was a way to give zero stars on here.
Pros: They sell rugs
Cons: Serious attitude, 1 day return policy, 4 day exchanges
