It's sometimes hard NOT to shop at Best Buy- they do have the electronics you want, which is impressive in the age of rapidly changing technology. They most impressive thing they do, though, is produce miracles. On two seperate occasions I have showed up to take advantage of advertised specials only to find they had "already sold out." This was miraculous because I arrived as the store opened on the first day of the sale so that I would be sure to get the items I wanted at the price I wanted. Onbeknownst to me, either the sale items had disappeared into thin air or hordes of shoppers had already descended on BB, so eager to buy that management was forced to sell to them before the store opened. No raincheck or price concession was offered on either occasion, however they were happy to guide me to "much better" but more expensive items on both occasions. "Didn't want that cheap thing anyway," I was told. I ended up buying BB's "much better" items at another retail store down the street. Same price as BB, but I didn't get jerked around.
