very unpofessional 8/28/2011

Rude office staff, seemed to imply that they were in charge not the doctor. Then it turned out ,he was just hiding behind them. Found out he has made many misdiagnosis not just mine, later. AVOID this guy. He is not even a real doctor like Medical doctor. He is a doctor of osteopathy ,like natural eat a pine tree or something. Mostly for guys that can't get in to medical school. A doctor(?) who has TV commercials-I should have known!!!! more

Beware... 8/16/2011

This man is ALL about just getting you in there. Not overly helpful, just wants the appointment slots filled. And be prepared to wait as he will NOT see you at the time you scheduled. You'll wait up to an hour and a half just to be seen for all of two minutes. Inaccurate and incomplete records kept, unhelpful and misleading advice given, and they make it clear they want you to come back over and over. It's a legal scam and Dr Crane is piloting it. more
