Atlantic Dermotology 2/26/2012

If I could give 10 stars, I would do so in a heartbeat. After many years of struggling with adult acne, only a few visits to Dr Crane at Atlantic Dermatology and my skin is, dare I say... gorgeous! Some of the treatments I have received there include chemical peels and botox. Everyone on staff is extremely knowledgable and highly experienced. However, Dr. Crane is unmatched when it comes to Botox injections. I have been to several doctors for botox and no one has ever applied it with the artistry that he does. This office is a pleasure to visit from start to finish. more

Wilmington's finest! 2/26/2012

I tried everything and went everywhere but this the only place that ever has gotten my skin clear!! LOVE them!! IF there is a wait, not usually in my experience, they are well worth it! more

My Favorites 2/26/2012

I only go to one dermatology office -- Atlantic Dermotology! Without them, I don't think i'd be even having my wedding (t-minus one month and counting!!!) Atlantic Derm is staffed with a bunch of friendly people. My favorite PA is Kelly. Who now has her own office right across the street She's so funny and my skin has never looked better.The office offers everything from acne-related skin care to cosmetic skin care. I couldnt live without them!!! more

Looking good! 2/26/2012

Finally a doctor who knows African-American skin! I am very picky and sensitive about who works on my skin because I can scar very easily (keloid scars and dark discoloration) and in the past I have felt like doctors didn't understand that. Dr. Crane however has proven to me that there are ways to treat black skin that work! I explained my concerns to her and was at first weary but she got it and I can see with the results that this dermatology office understands my skin type. I have had mole removals, peels and treatment for dark spots and my skin is looking uniform and fresh. Thank goodness!! more

Awesome Office and Staff! 2/25/2012

The staff were excellent and helpful and considerate. Dr Crane and his staff are all so wonderful. I brought my son there and after one treatment i am seeing results and i am very pleased. The office was clean and kept and the wait was minimal. I am very pleased and plan to come back for all my skin care needs more

Excellent! 2/25/2012

I brought my 6 year old son in to see Dr. Crane for a couple of warts on his hand. He was wonderful-as professional, sweet and informative as they come! My son felt totally comfortable with him. Now I'm going to make an appointment for myself for routine derm checks for myself and my son with him too. more

Dr Crane 2/25/2012

He started off by asking me what my concerns were...then he talked to me about what could be some possible causes and what the game-plan would be as far as clearing it up! He assured me that this is totally minor (my bc pill has been wreaking havoc on my skin!) and gave me 3 different options of how we can tackle it; priced from low to high. To top it off he did what i appreciate the most which is to give me his personal opinion of what to start with first. I hate it when someone in a position (that you may know NOTHING about) says ""what do you want to do?...."" ummm, well idk cuz YOU'RE the expert! Well, he didn't do that. He was sure to let me know that i had more than one option incase the first doesn't work out. But his personal opinion mattered to me and it was to go with (fortunately) what would cost me the least to get started with; then he told me to call in another 2 weeks-- we'll go from there based on my progress! I'll update again to let you know how it turns out....but as of right now I'd say FOR SURE i'd make myself a regular patient here! Super clean, super friendly, and great at what they do!!! i'm so happy I found this place! I feel confident going here for any skin concerns i have now and in the future. more

Best Dermatologist in Wilmington! 2/25/2012

My appointment at Atlantic Dermatology didn't feel rushed at all, and Dr Crane took his time to make sure all of my concerns were addressed. He's honest with his advice while taking my opinions into consideration. However, I had to take off 1 star due to the wait time. I will still be going back for future skin care issues because I like the doctor, staff and atmosphere there so much! more

Can't say enough good things about Kelly Britt. I went to another Wilmington Dermatologist who blew off the recurring troubles I was having. She works to understand the issue and make it better. Period. She is compassionate and accessible. She treats you, the patient, very well. 5 stars is well deserved. more

Dr Crane and his staff 2/25/2012

I've been going to Atlantic Dermatology for the last 4 years and all of my experiences have been wonderful. The staff is attentive, Dr. Crane can fix any skin problem, and they are on the top of their game with new advances in the skin industry Lastly, it can be a one stop shop for everything you need. Micro Derm, Laser Hair Removal, Vein Therapy, etc. more

I was very impressed with the Atlantic dermatology staff, everyone was well trained and caring, I was so impressed by Dr. Crane's practice I left my old dermatologist after one visit. I feel very at home and welcome in the office and my whole family goes there skin checked for cancer annually. more

Atlantic Dermatology is the best 10/12/2011

Dr. Crane and his staff have been caring for me and my family for several years now, and they have never dissapointed us. It takes us about an hour to get to Wilmington from where we live, but the care and treatment we get from his office is well worth the drive. Dr.Crane and his PA's are all well- trained and have alot of experience in their field. I wouldn't trust anyone else to provide for me and my family. His staff are very welcoming and are almost like a second family to us. I can confidently say that this is the best dermatologist in Wilmington! more

Great Dermatology Office! 9/29/2011

My son had this skin problem that we had looked at by two other physicians and neither one of them could tell us exactly what it was. They gave us prescriptions that just didn't solve the problem. We were then referred to Atlantic Dermatology, and they were able to get us in the next day, which was great. When the Dr. came into the room he knew exactly what the problem was and was able to give us a prescription that actually worked! Dr. Crane and his staff are definitely good at what they do and I would recommend them to anyone who asks. more

BEST Dermatologist in Wilmington!!!!!!! 9/1/2011

I have had 2 experiences with other dermatology offices in the area and I wasnt extremely happy with either one of my experiences in those offices. When I called Atlantic Dermatology I was immediately impressed with how helpful and polite the receptionist was who scheduled my appointment and they got me an appointment in a very timely manner. From the moment I walked in to the moment I checked out, the experience was very pleasent. His staff was friendly and welcoming, I felt like I had been going there for years. Dr Crane and his nurse made me feel very at ease and comfortable. I highly recommend his practice to anyone!! more

I had a great experience in this office. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that I was in a good place. Office staff was very friendly. I didn't wait long, and my condition was diagnosed quickly and accurately. Not only that, it was explained to me in a way that I could understand.
