Dr. Arshad Ahad was born and raised in Karachi, Pakistan, where he completed his medical education at Dow Medical College. He came to America to continue his path on the east coast, completing his internal medicine residency at New York Medical College and his hematology/oncology fellowship in Boston, MA at Tuft's University/New England Medical Center. Dr. Ahad launched his own private practice in Florida, before finally arriving on the West Coast. He found his way to oncology through working with a mentor and realized he had a passion for helping people when they needed it the most. He loves interacting with patients and delivering care to them with a personal touch. It is important to Dr. Ahad to value each patient as an individual and provide them with hope and options. He provides an elite level of care through years of medical experience and can connect with different communities through language, such as Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi.
