STAY AWAY!!! Stay away! Bought an inground fiberglass pool that was supposed to be 15'6"" X 35 an got one that is 14 X 32!!! Of course, I paid for the bigger pool, but when the size differential was discovered, they never returned to finish the work. When we called to ask about our chemicals (paid for), our cover (paid for), our inspection (paid for), our instructions (paid for), they cursed and swore at my wife and never delivered the things WE ALREADY PAID FOR!!! Took them nearly a month to install, exposing their LIES about only taking a few days! The weather was nice, so there is NO excuse!!! They tell people they only do one pool at a time - LIE!!! Their website claims they do a complete and extensive lay-out for your new pool! BS!!! the OWNER came to look at our yard and didn't even bring a tape measure! He measured with his feet! There's a real businessman, there! All he was worried about was the $6000 installment for my ""lay-out"" which doesn't exist!!! We should have spent a little more money and went with Four Seasons!!! Their LIES are the reason you have to pay them cash! They don't take credit cards so you cannot dispute their poor business practices!!! STAY AWAY!! The lawsuit is currently pending!!! more

I do not recommend buying a pool from Aqua Leisure. I bought a 15' above ground pool in June 2013. The installation took longer than they promised but once it was in, I forgot about all the waiting. I was very happy with our purchase. Then, just two weeks later, our liner got a hole in it directly below the ladder. I called and was told that I should have bought a mat that goes under the ladder to prevent this. I told them that I did, in fact, buy the mat, but that the mat never stayed on the bottom of the pool, it just floated to the top. The man on the phone agreed with me that the mats do not stay in place. \r \r I was told that someone would be out to patch the hole within the week. I waited almost 3 weeks and no one ever came. I ended up going there and buying the patch myself to fix the hole. When I mentioned that someone was supposed to do it for me, they couldn't care less. I patched the hole and the patch held until this past winter 2014/2015.\r \r I decided to just have the liner replaced at the beginning of this season instead of worrying about another patch. I went to Aqua Leisure on April 9 2015 and bought my liner. I got in touch with the installer (who I do highly recommend). I was told that they gave me the wrong liner. They never checked my contract to see what type I would need. I was told that they would have to order the correct one and was charged an additional $60 on top of the $189 I already paid.\r \r I still wasn't too disappointed, I figured things happen and the wrong liner could have been sold to anyone. But now my pool had no liner and no water in it, which made it very vulnerable to caving in. They said they would see if they could put a rush on the correct liner.\r \r I just today, May 19th, had the correct liner installed. And through all of this I was calling and questioning (politely) when the liner would arrive... they NEVER ONCE apologized for the mix up or kept me up to date on the arrival of the liner. They were, in fact, very rude to me whenever I asked about it. I am not a complainer and have never written a bad review on anything before today. I would NOT recommend going to Aqua Leisure. They seem to be in the business of selling new pools and then having no accountability afterwards. Their customer service is terrible. The way they talked to me was terrible. At one point I asked to come into the store to get my money back and was laughed at. \r \r Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! \r \r The one good thing I can say about it is that the installer they recommended to me (Ray K.) was great! He got here and installed the new liner immediately upon receiving it. He is professional and very kind. more

What a RACKET!!!!!!!! 5/22/2012

Bought an aboveground pool in april of 2007. Took 2 months to get it installed. Finally was installed and the fencing around the pool wasn't even installed right. August of 2011 we find a little leak coming from the side of the pool under our deck...........a almost perfect little round hole. Fine.......now we decide we'll wait till next season, current, to patch up the hole and replace the liner ourselves. Took the old liner out and what do we find...........nothing but cracks running the whole perimeter of the pool!!!!!!!! Other holes about ready to give way and so on and so on! GREAT!!!!! Went to the store we bought the pool from and was told that we our warranty was null and void because the company that made the pool went out of business. O.K..........well wouldn't you think that the store that you bought it from would have some type of responsibility here?!!! Apparently not...........Even though i was told by the person that sold me the pool 5 years ago that.....and in his own words, by the way..........""YES IT IS A DEFECT"".....NO>>>>>THE COMPANY THAT MADE THE POOL IS RESPONSIBLE AND BECAUSE THEY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS YOU ARE NOT COVERED ANYMORE> Now where is this going? Basically this person told me that even though he doesn't have to he would still like to help me. What kind of help was that? Well.......It led to the fact that they would replace the wall and the liner, but, i would have to pay a certain percentage which would end up to be 60% of the price of a replacement which in dollar amounts would be $1500.00 and , most likely, plus tax!!!!! Now you tell me....what legitimate company would sell you something @ $4,000.00 and tell you that they do not cover your warranty in any way and guess what?........Your screwed because the company that made your pool is out of business, so, therefore you have no warranty!! What kind of business practice is that?.........Aqua leisure.......i agree w/ the rest......your a scam..........and all you care about is getting the money in hand,,,,,,,and basically your hands are washed from the situation because your wiping your hands clean by using bad business practice!!!! Well all i have to say is my Grandchildren ""THANK YOU""!!!!!!!!!! more

BE VERY AFRAID!!! 11/7/2011

DO NOT BUY a pool or hot tub from these people. We bought a hot tub and a year later it stops working and they want us to keep paying a sub-contracted Spa Tech for his service charges everytime he comes here to try to diagnose the problem!!! Manager was VERY rude and even hung the phone up on my husband!! They will NOT stand behind their products they sell so be VERY careful!!! Also took over a month to recieve the hot tub in the first place which I had to keep calling them and asking where it was!! Not to mention there was a leak in one of the hoses when we first filled the tub and Spa Tech had to come out and fix that!!! It has been a NIGHTMARE!! We have reported them to the BBB!! Yes indeed...they got their money so you are stuck holding the bag...what do they care. Plus they sub-contract the work out so they dont have to pay for these service charges. Managers response was " we sub-contract our work out..we cant help what they charge for there service fees!!" Yeah because this way more

Swim Away Fast!!! 6/10/2011

Shark in the water! Simply run by crooks. Tell you one thing and does another. In my case, told me all the great things about the pool I was getting, started job, took payment and never finished. Had to hire somebody else to finish. Not a straight shooter. Doubletalk and more. Went with them because thed did do some nice pools. But when you see a post like mine, and the others from prior years that I chose to ignore, you the next possible customer should definitely stay away. I unfortunately can confirm exactly the same problems others have posted in the past. Believe it. You were warned. STAY FAR AWAY!!! more

highly recommend going somewhere else for pool and installation. 1/6/2009

Aqua Leisure has no good pool installers to install their pools. The one good, no GREAT installer that they had left them last year never to return. His name is Anthony B. He was their Flagship installer and now this year they are trying to hire some half backwards guys to fill in his place. If you do go there to buy a pool just say that you are installing it on your own and email me and I will get you in touch with Anthony. He is hands down the very best above-ground pool installer in the valley from Berwick to Carbondale and beyond. For those you who may be skeptical about this review there are plenty of references to back Anthony up for over the years of keeping Aqua Leisure Pools and Spa in business. Oh I can be reached at kmickulik@hotmail.\r good luck Pros: best quality in pools Cons: pretty much every aspect of the company more

Don't buy a pool here 8/12/2008

After owning an above ground pool for 20 years, it was time for a new one. We went with another above ground because our taxes are now high enough thank you, and couldn't handle paying more because of an inground! We chose Aqua Leisure because honestly they are almost next door to our office. We have been waiting over one month now for the pool to be installed. $5000 worth of pool is sitting in my yard in deteriorating cardboard boxes. In addition, the $250 pile of sand I had to purchase is washing away little by little with each rain storm. The $200 excavation of the pool site may as well never have been done, because after a month of rain you can't tell it was done in the first place- except for the huge pile of dirt and rocks they dug out which is now full of weeds, and I am afraid to get rid of incase it is needed to back fill in after the pool is installed!! I can't cut my grass, my yard is like an obstacle course. Aqua Leisre doesn't install the pools, they take your money then they contract the work out!!! The person who is supposed to install the pool has not shown up going on 12 different days now!!! I leave him messages, but he never returns them. When he does call me back it is to tell me he will be out (what ever day he gives me) and inevitably he never shows up!! He magically only shows up after a horrible downpour when water is standing where the pool is supposed to go and tells me it is too wet, and he ""takes pride in his work, so he can't put the pool up in these conditions!"" Right!!! When I contacted the salesman, he was extremely rude, quite short with me, took my phone number and never called back!! When I called him back he told me to contact the person in charge of the installers, in other words, they have their money and don't want to be bothered! Now we have to sign a form terminating our warranty before they will put up the pool- we told them we would be happy to do that week #1 of this whole ordeal!!!! Take my advise go with Olympic! Pros: location, price Cons: customer service, lack of installation, employees rude more
