Applebee's

I will eat average food if the service is good. Neither was good here.....I love Applebees but this restaurant obviously has NO management!!!! Service was horrible...didnt get what I ordered and when I asked about it the waitress said..."well....do you like what I brought you"?????....and never offered to take it back and bring what I ordered or to compensate me for bringing me the wrong order. I do like Applebees but I wont go to that store again. more

We like the Oriental Chicken Salad. We like the nachos, too. We have been to this location many times. Service is great at times, bad at other times. You just have to hope you catch them on a good night! more

Every now and then we decide to give Applebee's another chance. Unfortunately 95% of the time we are disappointed. The service has been consistently slow regardless of the level of activity in the restaurant. Servers are generally friendly, the menu has lots of variety and the prices are reasonable. However, it has been a rare occasion that we haven't had something wrong with our order. I don't bother ordering steak here anymore because they have never cooked it properly. I really enjoy when they have the $13 deals with an appetizer, entree, and dessert (this is when we generally decide to try again). The most recent visit, I ordered the spinach dip and was never brought anything to dip into it with, even AFTER asking twice and AFTER my entree was brought out. What a waste. The raspberry cheesecake is yummy, though! more
