the workers installing power next door to me, removed my tree, moved my trailer, cut my cable, phone, internet connection, and had material all over my yard. I asked why they would not give notice or at least knock on door to ask to move the trailer and notify us of possible issues, he said he did not have to and would not repair the line, then became very irate yelling at his workers to remove the material and then lied to his office about the incident, not sure of workmenship but terrible people skills
