Ann Margaret's Bridal Boutique

I went into ann margarets after having a horrible experience with an online prom dress retailer. when i learned that i no longer could get the dress i ordered, i called them and went there the same day. As soon as i walked in, everyone made my mom and i feel so comfortable. they weren't pushy or overbearing, either. they found so many dresses, and all of them were well made, good quality dresses, but they weren't too pricey. also, the ladies who worked there couldn't have been nicer and more flexible with my final fitting date. i found my perfect dress and had all the alteration arrangements made before i left that same night. They also told me about their plans for next year's prom season, to make the whole second floor strictly for prom, which would make it easier and less cramped. This past weekend I took my bridal party of 7 to Ann Margaret's to look at bridesmaid gowns. I went there because I bought my wedding gown there and was pleased with the service. This trip was much different. While the store clerk helping us was not very pleasant from the beginning she was the rudest person I have ever encountered. Pros: Wide selection of gowns.
