When you are first time puppy owners, it is nice to know you can pick up the phone and speak to a vet about any concerns you have. That was us, we called Animal Emergency Referral Center b/c are aussie puppy decided to get into the trash. Dr. Fatourechi reassured us of any concerns we had, and let us know she was there all night if we had any other questions. She took our phone number and called us the next day to make sure Lilly was feeling okay. Thank you so much!! more

Care and Compassion 2/13/2011

I have a precious cat "Mia", and found her near a trash can by my house. The night she was found, she was infested with fleas, and very lethargic. I took her to this emergency hospital and they were fabulous, gave her a bath, medication to get rid of the fleas she had and gave me a bottle with milk already made, and show me what to do. All of this and only a charge of the ER visit. Amazing staff, caring and compassionate, and they checked on up the following day. Amazing more
