I have been going to Angelo's for over 40 years and they still have the best pizza and pasta ever. The pizza in Rock Falls is much better than Sterling, with the thick crust being my favorite. If you haven't tried Angelo's pizza, you haven't had real pizza. I moved to the Rockford area 33 years ago and still drive to Rock Falls regularly for pizza. If I could get their recipes and some financial backing, I would open a restaurant in the Rockford area if I could make it big enough to handle the business. more

Some of the greatest pizza ever! 7/6/2005

If you live in or are visiting the Sterling, Rock Falls area then you must try Angelo's Pizza. The most innovative and best pizza they have is Spaghetti Pizza. This is mainly a pizza crust with Angelo's famous spaghetti on top and covered in cheese. Overall, the other pizzas are pretty good but can be a bit greasy depending on the chef who cooks the pizza. more
