HORRIBLE!!! I am writing this as a friend that witnessed the entire set of events... After 4 phone calls from 10am to 12 setting up the financing and going over everything... She was told she would get a phone call regarding what could be done to finance a car... When she called at 3:30pm to let them know she was on her way out there from the Geist area she was told ok and we will see you soon.... Upon arrival at 4:15 we were greeted by a sales women and told to have a seat and William would be right with us! At 5:05 the sales woman came over and asked for paperwork and my friend handed her everything that William had asked for! So here we are after sitting there for almost an hour and just now getting some answers.... Now she is told something completely different that there is only one bank that can finance her and they need something that she doesn't have and can't get plus out of all of the cars on the lot their would only be 2 choices!!!! Still having not talked to William he never greeted us or said a word... Just went through the sales person! I would not recommend this place to anyone not even my enemy! Feeling like a fish out of water as people just walked around and looked at us like why are they just sitting there... Other employees and even management! This is both uncalled for and unprofessional!! Completely disappointed! I had heard horror stories of similar situations at the dealership and yet still held out hope until I saw it with my own two eyes! more

Let me start by saying that I have bought 3 vehicles from Andy Mohr Chevrolet, and up until this last year, I would have highly recommended them! I'm sorry to say that the service and treatment that I have received on my last few visits is just unacceptable! I have brought both of these incidents up with the service manager, and they always ask ""what can they do to make it right""....How about good service the first time, so I won't be inconvenienced again bringing the truck back to *make it right*! more
