I don't think that I have had a better hamburger anywhere! This place is awesome and its locally owned and operated. The atmosphere is genuine cowboy era. The smell of mesquite wood is all over the neighborhood. I thought they had BBQ but the burgers made up for that. My wife had the chicken and you would have thought you where out on the range cooking it. The bathrooms are extremely clean, and very uniquely decorated. Beer, wine, and atmosphere. You have got to try this place.......This reminds me of the old Fuddruckers. They cook the food but you get to dress your sandwiches yourself. be sure to try Gary's Homemade Chili. Awesome!!!!
Pros: Mesquite flavor in your meat, large portions for the money

Yes, ......it IS busy...but that can't be all bad!...It's a great place to be seen on the weekends! Crowds may not be to everyone's liking, but, they are managable...........the prices are reasonable, ...the food (as noted) is great, .....the bands are super, and as a recent new "regular", I can tell you the new servers are very helpful and nice. The weeknights are less crowded, but still a good mix........ The Thursday karaoke is fun, and the new Thursday bartender is pretty good. You can still smoke there, but I don't know for how long.
Pros: Good Crowds, Reasonable Prices, Great Food, Good Bands

I was impressed by the service at this location. With so many chains opening up in Plainfield, it is so nice to go to a local place operated by people living locally! The menu was quite extensive. All of the people in our party were quite satisfied by the choices available, the quality of the food and best of all the price of the check!! I will come here again!

One of my favorite restaurants! If you want a real cut of beef this is where you go. They cut their own steaks and don't drown it out with cover up spices. I have yet to have anything that i didn't like. Good value for what you get.
