I have had my truck fixed at Amwell Auto Body multiple times and every time I've went there it has been painless. They settled my insurance claims and repaired my truck to perfection. I wouldn't go anywhere else for body work. more

The best body shop in the area.I was treated with caring respect as soon as I walked in the office.Patty was super nice and Gordan was very thorough with the estimate he had written for my insurance company.I knew they were really busy by the amount of cars in the parking lot but I asked them if they could squeeze my truck in the following Monday and have it back by Friday because I needed it to go on vacation.They did take it in and I actually got it back a day earlier looking perfect.I was in a real jamb and they did everything they could to help me.Outstanding effort by Amwell and crew.Thank you. more

Horrible! Went inside where there was no one waiting, I tapped on the desk and yelled helloooo, there was not anyone to help, dragged my two year old to the work area and found someone, they seemed annoyed that i came back there to ask for help. The rep went into the waiting area where a couple was now waiting and they helped them first and told us to wait. Spoke to the owner, MIKE, and he was not apologetic. All this for an estimate that I never got. I strongly suggest to take your business elsewhere folks. more

Great work and service 1/18/2012

I had my almost brand new vehicle worked on at Amwell Auto recently after being backed into. Their workmanship seemed second to none and everything they repaired turned out great. The color and the finish of the paint is great. They even cleaned it inside and out before I picked it up. Somebody backup on my baby BMW 550i and i was worried it will not be back as it was. im new in town and didnt know where to go and one of my friends told me about the AMWELL AUTOBODY. When i brought my car in everybody was so nice and accomodating. And i got my car as promise and it looks like new. I am so happy to get my baby back :) THANK YOU SO MUCH AMWELL AUTOBODY!!!! Horrible 9/7/2011

My fiance chose to get his car fixed at Amwell Auto Body after he had a minor collision. He dropped his car off on August 1, 2011 with a level head after the mechanics said it would only take 8 days. The 8 days came and went and no phone call was made to my fiance as to the status of his vehicle. It wasn't until he called 3 weeks later that they informed him that they are ""waiting for a part"". Still, weeks passed and no word. He then called and was told that due to Hurricane Irene, the power was out and it was still not fixed. Yesterday, September 7, 2011 the manager informed him that it would be ready that night or the next day. Still no word from the shop. Tomorrow he plans on going in and leaving with his car, whether it be fixed or not. Regardless if they we waiting for a part or not, some form of communication should have been extended to the customer. We've both agreed that we are absolutely never doing business with Amwell Auto Body nor will we recommend them. more

These guys definitely know what they are doing. My car was trashed but it looked brand new after the repairs they did. The staff was also very professional and not only answered all my questions (I always have a lot, haha) but they went through and explained the repairs to me to ease my mind. A+ and I would HIGHLY recommend them! more

Great job 3/27/2011

I was in an accident a few weeks ago and had repairs to my car done here. It was in pretty bad shape and they did a fantastic job! You'd never know the car was in an accident and they even had it done 2 days before the date they originally gave me. They even washed it and cleaned the inside before I picked it up! Considering the crappy circumstance of having your car wrecked, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to everyone at Amwell Auto Body! more

Doesn't know how to repair!! 10/4/2010

My car was in the shop for two weeks and after I picked up the car, it still have so many problem. After I brought the car back to Amwell Auto Body, all they told me is that this is my insurance company;s problem and they are not sure if my insurance company will pay again..After we contact them for several times, and it have been two more weeks after we picked up the car, still no phone call, no follow up with my insurance company as they promise to do..If this is the case, why didn't they fix the car in the first place. Will never go there again and will not recommend to any of my family or friends.... more

Delighted Customer 4/16/2010

I was so thrilled with the work Amwell Body Shop did on my car recently. Not only was the work perfect - paint matched, no evidence at all of the damage - but I was amazed to also find the interior cleaned to like-new condition!! So it really felt like I was getting into a brand new car. I am not the best at keeping things clean - I was going to vacuum when I got it back - so that was a really pleasant surprise. I'm a satified customer 7/26/2009

A deer ran into our car on Rt. 287. It took out the driver's side fender. My insurance company referred me to 5 local autobody shops. I chose Amwell Auto Body because they could arrange to do the work in a week's time and they were located in about a 6 mile radius from my house. The other conveniently located shops either could not take the car in for weeks, or they did not even return my phone calls. Pros: Job done right; delivered as promised Cons: Just picked car up 3 days ago. None noticed more

Absolutely Awful 2/3/2009

This shop took over 50 days to fix a problem that was estimated to take 8 days to repair. Atrocious communication from them - no phone calls or updates for weeks and no returned phone calls ever. DO NOT GO HERE. STAY AWAY!!!! Pros: they do decent work Cons: it will take them a lifetime to do it more

    1. Metalwork: AMWELL Auto Body provides a lifetime limited warranty on all metalwork,to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking,flaking pitting or deterioration,excluding rust repairs.


    2. Painting,stripes and decals: AMWELL Auto Body provides a lifetime limited warranty on painting-related priming and painting work against solvent blistering,peeling,hazing,and excessive loss of pigmentation.


    3. Mechanical Repairs: AMWELL Auto Body provides a one (1) year limited warranty on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to original collision damage,excluding suspension,air conditioning or other electrical assemblies or components.


    4. Parts: AMWELL Auto Body provides a one (1) year limited warranty,unless mfg. warranty is less,on New OEM parts installed by or at the shop.
