I have been going for 3 years now, for treatment that was supposed to have been completed within 2 years. Other than the fact that the treatment is not working, the customer service is horrible, each treatment is as good as the mood of the technician, no concept of follow up or progress review. This center has a convenient location. However the level of customer service does NOT match the price. You better off elsewhere where you are treated with respect and can actually get an appointment. I would strongly not recommend this center. Pros: Convenient Location Cons: Rude employees/ not worth the expense more

These women are fantastic! I was a little weary of laser hair removal to begin with but the manager that I met with was informative and she made me feel comfortable. I've had five treatments and about 70% reduction. I admit...I'm addicted. I started with just my bikini and ended up adding my legs and underarms once I saw that the treatments really worked. I would recommend this clinic to anyone that has considered laser, the staff and management is wonderful. more

I love this office! I transfered from one of the Florida locations back in September of last year and the women in Arlington are wonderful. Florida was nice too it's just that the women here treat you like family. I have laser hair removal and a cellulite treatment done and my results for both are fabulous. I feel very comfortable and would reccomend American Laser Center to anyone interested in getting rid of unwanted hair or any of their other skin services too. I've been going to this clinic for a little over a year now and am very happy with my results. I get my bikini and armpits done there and only have a few stray hairs left in both areas (7 treatments). The girls that work there are always friendly and professional. I've read some mixed reviews on this site but have never personally had a problem there. Two of my friends from work also go to this location and love it. I know there was a change in management last summer, maybe the issues were with the old manager...? I plan on adding my legs on in the fall. Pros: Results guaranteed Cons: No parking more

With so many great laser companies out there, you should definitely do your homework and look for a credible, reasonably-priced company. While I found that American Laser is a respectable company with a strong brand, I'm just appalled at their EXTREMELY BAD customer serive at their Arlington branch. Never return phone calls, didn't even call to let me know that they had moved offices so I was standing in the cold winter outside a closed office for 20 minutes trying to get in touch with a staff member over the phone (they NEVER apologized for their mistake on this either!) and the supervising staff, Mimi is just plain rude rude rude. Combine their ridiculous attitude with their outragous prices, why bother? Can't wait till my contract is over. Never going back to them again! Cons: EXTREMELY rude staff including their staff manager, Mimi. Better luck elsewhere! more

First off, I would highly recommend laser hair removal to anyone. You see a noticeable difference in hair growth after one or two treatments. I have been to a couple of different places around the U.S. for treatment. American Laser Centers sounded like a trustworthy establishment and have quite a few different locations around the country. The first consult was very professional and I set up a treatment package. Prices are steep compared to other professional laser centers I've been to. The next appointment I had my treatment on the bikini and underarms and the specialist was very nice and accommodating. I went ahead and made my next appointment for 10 weeks later (as required by this laser center-some other places will only require 4 weeks in between each appointment). I showed up on time to my next appointment and was surprisingly told that they had lost my appointment!! They wouldn't be able to fit me in for another 3 weeks! I wasn't too happy about this. Pros: great hours-open weekdays late-and saturdays! Cons: poor customer service-high cost more

Christine is amazing! After just one treatment I had noticeabley less hair, to the point that I didn't have to shave my armpits for a week and a half!!! This is only the beginning, I'm going back and having my bikini and everything else done too!!! They also have a finance program, so even though you might not have the money now, just pay a little a month. Worth every penny!!!!! more
