American Ambulance

Unfortunately we have had to use American Ambulance services many times this year due to my father being very ill. On a early morning we called for emergency services due to my fathers blood sugar reading ""11"" yes ""11""!! So little goes to say my dad was very scared and non responsive. My father is not mobile so he depends on a lot of help. I told paramedics that my father was very scared and they did very little to comfort him. When it came to transferring my father to a gurney they DROPPED him yes DROPPED him, resulting in my father hitting his head on our ceramic tile floors...we were mortified!!!! There was no sympathy no apology, they went on like it hadn't happed as if no remorse!!! This is the first time we have dealt with these particular medics....our other experiences have been great..BUT no one should have to experience a loved one in need of help treated with such little sympathy!!! Cons: No sympathy, no apology, or remorse!!! more

I am so glad for the Paramedic's that were with American Ambulance. They didn't poke or prod me more than they needed to and it was great to have a friendly face with all of the craziness around you. They have been great when we needed them. (No Offense: hopefully we don't have to do business with them too much though!) more

when we had to go in the ambulance they were very nice and helpful. they were very carring and helped us out. they stayed in the hospital with us for several hours. more
