Had fraud on my account for a significant amount of money. Went to branch and the first thing out of one of the personal bankers mouth was ""I can't guarantee that you will get any of this back."". I also inquired about what protection I had under my VISA (since it was a VISA debit card). I was told that there was none and that didn't really matter. Well, I got nothing back. Also had an incident where I went to the ATM to withdraw $20 and didn't get anything. Had to file a complaint and finally after two weeks, got a credit back on my account. They also have a very Safe & Sound rating on Bankrate (dot com) at 1 star (lowest rated) out of 5 possible. They also, through the first 8 months of 2008 have negative net equity per Bankrate. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED BANK! I later found out that I was not the only person to have this type of fraud on my account and it was suggested to me that they may have an internal problem!
Cons: The entire bank is a con and financially unstable.
