I wish to thank you for the wonderful support Allstate Van Lines deliver to our move earlier this weekend. The crew was phenomenal -- friendly, hardworking and professional. They did a fantastic job packing up a large number of plastic bins and boxes, countless plastic bags of clothing along with car seats and strollers, in a organized fashion generating the transition to the new location easier. I can't even imagine the way you could have done it without their support and yours. more

In the very first contact with Allstate Van Lines, I was impressed by their helpfulness, honesty and great customer service. Patiently, they talked me through my move, about what I needed what my concerns were and reassured me that it would go smoothly... And it did. The movers were extremely competent, quite efficient and made it happen all with good spirit. I knew which i could trust them with my things; while my belongings may not be super valuable, they are mine - they arrived at my new place in the very exact condition that they were in before being moved. I used Allstate Van Lines services a few days ago and that I have to say I've never experienced this type of pleasant move before. With excellent customer care and prompt professional movers It seemed like it's all taken care off. There have been no additional costs I was never told of, no problems, only clean professional work which was well done more

Excellent, Efficient Company 11/1/2011

I moved my business in Prescott to a new location. I had many valuables that were very high priced including paintings, sculptures and numerous pieces of art that were irreplaceable. I had heard about Allstate Van Lines and decided to call them to obtain an estimate. I was greeted with a very courteous sales representative, who reassured me of Allstate Van Lines excellent degree of service, as I was very nervous with all of the expensive items I had to maneuver. Every piece was moved without a scratch on it. The movers knew just how to wrap and pack each item. They were the greatest bunch of guys, and turned what might have been a very stressful experience, into among the best moving experiences. I will unquestionably be utilising them again for any future moves, and can highly recommend them. more

Responsible as well as Mindful 10/26/2011

I was so impressed using the guys from Allstate Van Lines who performed my families move some time ago. They were professional, and worked just like a well oiled machine, the speedily yet carefully packed our things and wrapped our fortunate. I had been surprised how at ease I felt throughout the move, I really felt that my belongings were in good hands, all in a fair price! I recommend the organization to anyone who cares about their belongings, and wants great professional service. more

Extremely pleased with the actual moving team! 10/25/2011

I did a lot of online investigation into well-rated Prescott moving companies and called a number of movers for quotes. Allstate Van Lines provided the best hourly rate, and that i decided to go with them. The three movers were on time, very professional, and incredibly helpful. They completed my proceed to a new studio in lust a few hours, and everything arrived within fine condition. The charge at the end of the move was as agreed upon, although there were a few additional $10 charges for shrink-wrap for that couch and a bag for the chair. Overall, Allstate Van Lines made moving day manageable. Five stars and that i would definitely recommend them. more

Recently i hired Allstate Van Lines to help me with my move. They made a stressful experience smooth and simple. The first thing that impressed me about Allstate Van Lines, would be that the owner, personally came to my apartment to create the estimate. In all the many years of living in Prescott and all the moves I've made, this was the first time that the owners has had the time and care to can even make sure I was being taken care of. The day of my move, the men who came to move me were so wonderful. These were polite and courteous and were extremely careful with all of my belongings. Not only was the move quick and painless, but the estimate I had been given held true after the move. I have already recommended Manor to several of my friends and coworkers and that i will use them myself on my small next move. You really can't go wrong with this company! more

Trustworthy and reasonably priced 10/23/2011

It had been my first move, so naturally I've lot and lots of questions, and all were answered patiently from the very patient Christi who won my opportunity with the professionalism. Every little detail she set it up and my husband when we conference called concerning the hourly price and extra expense of supplies, was a big help on the go day. We were packed and ready for the movers, and had an easy, surprise free move. Well, no bad surprises anyway. There were nice ones: they gave me an arrival window of 8:000-10:00am, and arrived on 8:05. That has been a good start and I was glad the day kept going in that direction. They were always smiling, even with the super hot day I ended up moving on. Allstate Van Lines made my move fast and simple. more

Caring and Polite 10/22/2011

When my mother chose to move from Prescott to Southern California, I decided to use Allstate Van Lines. I had moved earlier from San francisco bay area and had great service from them. As with my previous move, Allstate Van Lines sent a fantastic team of workers. Jesus and the crew carefully wrapped my mother’s furniture and possessions. After they arrived with her items, I was happy to see that Jesus and the crew were going to unload her things. It had just rained very difficult and they took extra measures to insure that not only were her items moved in carefully but also that her floors were protected because they walked through her new home. Anyone who is looking for good those who care about your belongings should consider Allstate Van Lines. My mother and I truly appreciate their extra efforts and professional know how! more

I had to have a movers accommodate me spur of the moment during the busiest season for movers. I could not get anyone to help. I called Allstate Van Lines and it was a pleasure working with them start to finish. They accommodated all of my needs, were on time and very courteous. Best movers we found! 6/25/2011

We used Allstate Van Lines movers for the past 9 years. Their packers were and quick and very careful. I used them to pack my 3 bedroom home and I thought it would take them at least 10 hours. They were done in 4 hours with 4 packers. Allstate Van Lines moving crew and also top notch. Movers were running 15 minutes late and called me to let me know that they were stuck in traffic. When you are packed, they really can pack the van quickly. I highly recommend Allstate Van Lines movers in Prescott! more

Very professional moving company! 5/11/2011

My family moved last week with Allstate Van Lines and it was a fantastic moving experience. The moving crew of 3 was fast and efficient and did not damage anything. They were very professional and numbered the boxes so that you can check off each number upon arrival. It is very useful for long distance movers. They were courteous and a pleasure to work with. I was impressed and would definitely recommend Allstate Van Lines! more

Inexpensive, Professional, Dedicated 4/10/2011

Allstate Van Lines came through for us when we needed a fast, quality moving project done on a very short notice. Even though our company is based out of state, they listened to our needs and took wonderful care of us. Turning a move into a good experience 4/1/2011

I was very happy using them for my cross country move.  All my furniture arrived in 6 days from cost to cost. Allstate Van Lines were professional and numbered the boxes so that you can check off each number upon arrival.  I worked with Steve who came to estimate my move, Tony who packed up all my stuff and angel who drove cross country and delivered everything to me all by himself.  They were courteous and a pleasure to work with.  I was impressed and would definitely recommend them! more

Professional and Friendly 3/28/2011

Allstate Van Lines is the best in the business. Quick, affordable, and can lift more furniture than I thought was humanely possible. Have you ever seen a couch with an armoire and kitchen table stacked on it? I saw it with my own eyes and the best part? Not one scratch on our furniture!!! I HIGHLY recommend these movers. They made our move quick, painless, and they are worth every penny. more

Great customer service and a great price 3/26/2011

This was a very stressful move for our family, as we had to move due to me losing my job and then getting a new job 40 minutes away. My children were not happy about the move. Allstate Van Lines may not have been able to make my children happy, but they were able to take away some of the stress by handling the move so well. We knew that the movers were very competent and we did not have to worry about the actual physical part of it, which took a lot of stress off of my and my wife. Thank you! more
