I could NOT be any happier 6/16/2011

We had William out to our home on Saturday to work on our kitchen sink drain line. I could NOT be any happier with Allen Service, your people, and William. William was extra-ordinary, immaculate and knew exactly what he was doing. He let my 2 yr old watch the whole thing and let him hold the flashlight. I want to thank everyone, especially William, I also appreciate the thank you card and thought that was very nice. You now have a glowing customer who is going to brag you up and recommend you to everyone! more

Fantastic....your technician did an over the top job of installing our brand new furnace and A/C system this week. Not only does our home cooler and more comfy than ever, ther is something i don't have to listen to any more...that clacky outdoor unit. We can actually have a normal conversation on our back patio now. You guys are the best at what you do!!! more

AWFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL 5/13/2011

We used them to clean out our sewer line. They guy they sent to our home did not completely clean out the line, or comply to the company policy. Our basement backed up again, caused another claim on our home owners insurance, another $500 deductible and Alan’s service would not apply the money we spent on the bad job for the new one. They were unwilling to work with us at all, and have lied to save their butts. The code of ethics they buy into is just for show, along with the fake image they try to build for themselves. This company does not stand by their work. I would rather let my basement flood than let another one of their plumbers enter my home. more
