I travel to Hawaii frequently for business and visit most of the islands. I book my car rentals online and would choose the lowest rate available. This gave me the opportunity to experience multiple car rental companies. I realized that there is a vast difference in the service levels provided by the different companies as well as the quality and condition of the vehicles themselves. After having many frustrating experiences with the competition I've chosen Alamo as my rental company. They provide a high level of service along with a clean quality vehicle at a very comparable rate. Give them a try I'm confident your experience will be as good as mine has been. more

Great experience! Landed, went to the lot by shuttle and then to the type of rental I have prepaid for. No problems checking out thru gate. When returned, was quick, no problems and quick trip back to the terminal. Great service. Got a small rebate as well, thanks. more

I had an excellent experience 2 times in 2 weeks at Alamo in Honolulu. I was especially impressed when my flight was 4 hrs delayed from L.A. and when calling to notify them they (Jasmin) said they would wait after midnight for me which turned out to be 1:30 in the morning. She was very helpful, accommodating and full of Aloha spirit.\r Each time I predictably rented a Mustang convertible which was a great choice for Oahu (Jeep for Maui and Hawaii)\r I returned a week later from other islands and had an equally great experience, bravo to Alamo.\r more
