Who Qualifies?
You are eligible to receive our services if you are disabled,elderly,currently being treated for an illness or have been recently hospitalized and are essentially homebound. A plan of care will be developed for each patient and an order will be obtained from the patient's physician.

Skilled Home Health Services:
Skilled home health services means health and medical services furnished in the consumer's temporary or permanent place of residence by a Licensed Nurse (RN),Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN),Certified Nurse Aid (CNA),or Home Health Aide (HHA).
Skilled services include:
* Wound Care Services
* Use of Medical Supplies,Including Drugs and Biologicals Prescribed By A Physician
* Nursing Services Or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Services That Require The Supervision Of A Licensed Or Certified Health Care Professional Acting Within The Scope Of His Or Her License Or Certificate
* Respiratory Care Services
* Medication Administration
