Excellent service 8/28/2013

The response was very fast. The technician was knowledgeable and explained the issues involved with my older door and lock set. He was very professional and the price was quite fair. Overall, I was left feeling quite lucky to have called them and would recommend them highly. I've had previous difficulty with this door and have considered replacing it after prior, less satisfying service with another company. more

Very satisfactory 8/27/2013

Advanced Lock & Security fixed our lock upstairs. It was a very short visit, I don't even think I got the guy's name! The repair itself took less than ten minutes. He did exactly what he was supposed to do. more

Advanced Lock did an excellent job! 8/22/2013

Advanced Lock rekeyed all of the locks in my house and fixed a door knob that was not working. They were very professional, arrived on time, and very knowledgeable. Joe was very willing to answer my questions. He is very knowledgeable and definitely know what he is doing. He was very creative in how he fixed my door handle that was not working. I would definitely use them again. Great job! more

My husband and I bought a custom screen door and couldn't figure out how to put the lock on. It wasn't lining up right, so we called Advanced Lock & Security. The guy who came out and fixed it was nice and professional, and we appreciated his effort! more

We used Advanced Lock & Security to change existing locks on both our exterior and interior doors. They got back to us in a timely manner and handled everything as they said they would. We're new here to the building, so this was our first experience with them. They are very reliable and I would recommend them. more

Great installation on an exterior door 7/30/2013

Advanced Lock and Security came to work on my old exterior door on a garage. It was poorly framed out and installed so they came out and put in a new exterior door and corrected for everything. The job was clean and it looks like how it should have looked when the building was built. A quality exterior door! more

Great work, great technician! 7/26/2013

We have an old door with an old lock and were worried that it couldn't be repaired. Lucky for us Joe Cattell was able to repair our 60+ year old lock using a part he had "picked up" sometime ago and placed in his repair kit because he knew someday he'd come across an old lock for which replacement parts are either cost prohibitive or non-existent. Thanks Advanced Lock and Security for sending the perfect person for the job! more

Changed our office locks 7/17/2013

Advanced Lock and Security changed locks after we lost the key to one of our offices. They came out and made the key right on the premises. The job was completed quickly and it was great. I believe we have used them before for our office and we go to them because they know what they are doing. more

Advanced Lock and Security changed the locks at my daughter's new house. Most of them worked great, they just had trouble with one but it wasn't worth bothering them to come back. They did a good job overall. more

I needed Advanced Lock & Security to service the door so the key would work properly. They cleaned it out and it worked. It didn't require replacing the lock which saved me a lot of money. more

My technician Joe, was prompt, courteous and very knowledgable. In lieu of replacing the old lock with a new knew one I wasn't sold on he was able to repair and clean up the old into new again. Will definitely use this company again for any locksmith jobs. more
