My Mohawk carpet is defective. 11/2/2013

I bought the carpet two years ago, and chose the more expensive Mohawk carpet for the quality I expected. I informed Abbey Carpet not long after the installation about the defect. They, and Mohawk, have been giving me the run-around ever since. more

Abbey Carpet of Maui has come out to my home personally whenever I have a problem. The owner is always available for questions and they replace their items without any question of warranty. Their service is great and I have been using them about 3 years now. more

Awesome and great customer service 6/25/2013

I like that Abbey Carpet of Maui was patient with me because I wanted to pick the best carpet. I loved that the service always called me in case something came in that they thought I would love. When I came in, I fell in love with the carpet. I wanted something that would last long and be good with dog hair. We purchased it and then they installed it for me in my living room and my hallway. It went well. They came early in the morning and I was at work. I came home to beautiful soft carpet! I'm planning on hiring them to do my room. My sister the room with Home Depot back in 2010 and I didn't like it because it's not soft. I told Abbey Carpet that next year I'll call them up to see what we can do about the room. I recommend Abbey Carpet because they are patient with you. For our last carpet, we went with Wayne and felt rushed. Abbey has been patient and I'm glad we went with them. more

Abbey Carpet of Maui installed new carpet in our condominium. They also did blinds and draperies for us previously. We've been a customer of Abbey Carpet for about 20 years off and on. They stand behind the quality of their work. They're efficient. They did a very good job. The carpet had a pattern that needed to be matched. It was very specific and they did a very good job. They also kept the leftover pieces to use under our desk chair so it wasn't rolling on tile. We also had the installer put in some plastic floor dividers between the tile and carpet so it looks very clean. Abbey Carpet did an excellent job. They are very helpful and their work is good. more

We purchased carpet from Abbey Carpet of Maui for our stairs and laminate floor. Christie was great - she was very friendly. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the type of carpet that would be very stain-resistant and durable. The person that they recommended to install the carpet did a great job. The service was great. We're very happy with the outcome. We had compared a similar product at another flooring company and Abbey Carpet was able to give us a better price. Since the square footage was so large, it made a big difference. From the time we went into purchase the floor and carpet to the time it was installed, everything went pretty well on schedule. I would definitely recommend them. more
