rented a party bus for a concert the bus radio was broken we called the office while on the bus they told us it was out problem to deal with then after the show sitting in traffic...

We rented from A Plus Coach for the Petty show at Fenway and could not have been happier with the service. The limo that was originally assigned looked great but unfortunately had a mechanical issue. You might think this would have been a major blow to the evening but it actually served as an opportunity to see a potentially bad situation handled perfectly. Our driver called the owner and within 20 minutes another even larger, even better limo was at our door! They didn't miss a beat. Joe A., our driver, was courteous and accommodating. We will definitely use A Plus again. more

Joseph was at the door on time for the surprise birthday party for my son in law and my daughter in law. Our group had a fabulous time and Joseph was so attentive to everyone. He was so solicitous of me--82 yrs. as well as for my youngest granddaughter-- 7 yrs. I would certainly call you again. Thanks. more

will never use this company again 7/2/2014

rented a party bus for a concert the bus radio was broken we called the office while on the bus they told us it was out problem to deal with then after the show sitting in traffic made us pay another 180 or told us we would be left on the side of the road if we didn't pay the fee the next day went to get a refund of some money back and they told us to get off there property I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy more

A Great night out for sure! 11/3/2013

We surprised my boyfriend with a party bus for his 23rd last night and it could not have been more perfect! Jim Johnson was an excellent driver and was helpful in every way possible. I will definitely be using A Plus Coach again soon. Hopefully for another party bus! more

Great for Kids! 8/22/2013

We scheduled 2 Trips to Disney with Grand kids. Picked us up at 3:30am with kids for 6am flights. Great service and Walter did an outstanding job! i more

A Plus did a great meeting our needs. 8/14/2013

A Plus was on time and we were very happy with the service. We are elderly and can not drive any more and this service was ideal for this occasion. I would highly recommend A Plus and I plan on using them again. more

Completely enjoyed our experience 7/24/2012

The Limo was spotless, everything shined, and the ride comfortable, even for the "80 yr old Birthday Girl". The best part of our ride was having Joe as our driver, he couldnt have been more accommodating, he took care of everything, (including keeping our Cupcakes cool for the ride home), making it a perfect experience for all of us! more

Couldn't be better!! 7/24/2012

A Plus dropped us off & picked us up from the airport. The vehicle was at my door to pick us up on time and we made it into Boston in plenty of time! When we arrived home our Limo was waiting where they said they would be, with my name on the windshield...as soon as we walked out the door. All at a resonable price! You couldnt ask for more!! more
