A Glamorous Smile

The office staff was very nice & I had no billing errors/issues. Everything was explained in detail. The office is very clean & equipment is up to date. I've been to other dentists in the area & have been afraid that the equipment would fall apart. Here they have a tv to distract you from the work being done...great for those of us that fear the dentist. more

be sure to double check your insurance, because the office staff does not. they will keep your appointment anyway, without making sure you are covered. this happened to my family. and instead of following through with our insurance and rescheduling our appointments to be sure we would be covered, they let us be seen and $500.00 was taken out of our bank account without our permission, because we had a hmo not a ppo. i went to medical school and one off my classes was billing and coding. the office staff should have made sure that we had the right insurance. because of them taking out this money, we bounced important checks! so thank you so much glamorous smile! i definatlyt willl not recommend this place..be sure to thank your staff Dr.! more
