Well I am a great fan of ; 7-Eleven.However ;Enough can't even be elaborated enough about public safety or customer safety.I reside normally in ,Irvine.However;I love visting my friend in Westminster.We shop together.We could not help but notice the same male white adult that stares at customers.The last time we noticed he was sleeping in his car.He also had a female white adult sleeping in the back seat.She had blonde hair.He loiters and sleeps behind the ;OCTA bus stop.Its a red or burgandy Toyota,Calif plate:6RT839.This is unsafe for customers.We love the prices at ;7-Eleven plus the great and wonderful customer service. As we were visiting our favoirite store,my girlfriend noticed the same male white adult loitering in front of the Donut Maker.He and his friend were arrested for unknown reasons.Its unknown if he could have been attempting to do illegal transactions.He normally wears black short sleeve shirt ,black base ball cap ,black shorts.But now he has changed his appearance: He is now just wearing long pant shorts brown or black and white striped,also very high white socks and just a white t-shirt.He was with his friend a male white adult.His friend was observed staring at customers while they sat in their cars.Its unknown what the motive and intent was? It could have been to instigate provocation.Which is disturbing the peace on private property.There are signs in the shopping center.No tresapssing.Calif Penal Code:602.Also;No loitering.Calif Penal Code:647E.The male white adult's friend that was most recently arrested behind the Donut Maker along with another friend.Also a male white adult.Well on the 4th of Nov.2012,at 11:37 P.M. The male white adult ,that was recently arrested was observed loitering in front of the Donut Maker.He again has changed his appearance.Now he has long white socks,a type of striped white and or black or brown striped shorts to his kness .Also;Just a white t-shirt.He walked on the private property from behind the dentle clinic.Then loitered in front of the Donut Maker.He started talking and loitering with Daniel.Daniel was sitting in front of the Donut Maker.He likes to throw his bike on the floor.Making it hard for customers to walk.Daniel also likes to yell out profanity.Plus on occassion pan handles and looks in the trash.Well then from trask to the shopping center.Walked this male white adult.He had dark pants pants .He also was wearing a black shirt with a twenty on it.He was observed staring at customers as they sat in their cars.What is the motive and the intent.He loitered also in front of the Donut Maker.With the male white adult most recently arrested for loitering with his friend behind the Donut Maker.Normally;When any person is arrested on private property.They are trespassing if they are even one foot on the property.This male white adult, may have no respect for the police in ;Westminister P.D. The 7-Eleven is great and wonderful.However;The parking lot does need better lighting and a full time security guard.Its great the police are here.But they are not here all the time.Women should always feel safe walking to their cars.Not worried about some ex convict pan handling sneaking up from behind.Also;Hopefully the police can please give this strange man that loiters next to .OCTA bus stop.He is very strange.He stares at customers.Plus sleeps in his car.He has been doing this a very long time.Calif plate:6RJT839.
