Hao Phat is an Asian version of Western Union. Hao Phat let you transfer money from the US to Vietnam. They charge $1 for every $100 you send. I have used their service many times and never had any problem at all. Their service are fast, they actually delivery the money to the house, which is something Western Union don't do.

However, the thing they need to improve is to hire more clerks because there is always a line. The line is usually from one end to the other end. But that pretty much it.
